采用加权交叠平均法(Welch法)对电传飞机的4种典型输入激励进行功率谱估计分析,通过合适的加窗处理和频谱分析得到最优的激励输入,并将扫频输入得到的飞机频率特性使用带宽准则、Neal-Smith准则进行飞行品质评估,最终给出评估结果和结论,这对飞行试验的飞行品质研究具有一定的指导意义。
