以新鲜库拉索芦荟为试材,采用改良的超声醇沉法提取芦荟多糖,并用旋光法测定了多糖在不同浓度HCl条件下水解反应动力学。结果表明:水解反应很好的符合一级动力学方程;改良的超声醇沉法简化了多糖提取工艺,耗能少,产率高,适用于实际生产;特别是用简单的旋光法测定的芦荟多糖的可控酸水解,为制备目标分子量规格的活性低聚糖奠定了理论基础。
Aloe polysaccharides were extracted from fresh Aloe vera L. by modified ultrasonic and alcohol precipitation method. The kinetics of hydrolysis of polysaccharides under different concentrations of HCl was determined by polarimetry. The results showed that the hydrolysis reaction was in good agreement with the first-order kinetic equation. The improved ultrasonic-alcohol precipitation method simplified the polysaccharide extraction process with less energy consumption and high yield and was suitable for practical production. Especially, The controlled acid hydrolysis of polysaccharides laid the theoretical foundation for the preparation of active oligosaccharides with target molecular weight specifications.
