为了满足冶炼行业对铁精矿的要求,研制了一种新型阳离子捕收剂M-331。应用M-331反浮选磁选铁精矿中的SiO2,得到了良好的指标:在25℃时获得的精矿中铁品位为60.78%,铁回收率为78.55%;在5℃时低温条件下,获得与常温条件基本一致的良好指标,精矿铁品位60%,铁回收率72.65%。在相同的刮量下,M-331产生的泡沫比十二胺少且脆,后续处理方便。由此证明,捕收剂M-331具有良好的选择性、耐低温性和泡沫性能。
In order to meet the smelting industry requirements for iron concentrate, a new type of cationic collector M-331 was developed.
