发动机在使用一个翻修期并经返厂修理继续使用167 h后发生漏油故障。将附件分解后,发现石墨环脱胶,与金属壳体分离,胶粘剂及叶轮轴表面变色。对失效的石墨环组件及配套叶轮轴进行了外观检查,对石墨密封圈各端面形貌进行了金相组织分析,并对J-27H结构胶进行了剪切强度测试及高温老化试验。结果表明:石墨环脱落原因为摩擦生热引起J-27H环氧结构胶高温失效导致,与石墨密封环及胶粘剂自身性能无关。
Engine failure occurred after 167 hours of use of a reconditioning and return to factory service. After disassembling the attachment, it was found that the graphite ring was degummed, separated from the metal shell, and the surface of the adhesive and the impeller discolored. The failure of graphite ring components and supporting the impeller shaft for the appearance of the inspection, graphite end face morphology of the metallographic structure analysis, and J-27H structural plastic shear strength test and high temperature aging test. The results show that the cause of graphite ring loss is due to frictional heat-induced failure of high temperature of J-27H epoxy structural adhesive, which has nothing to do with graphite seal ring and adhesive itself.
