21世纪对外语教师应具备的能力提出了新的要求。具有创新能力的教师能够培养出具有创新能力的学生。而反思性教学能力是具有创新思维的反映。本文不仅论述了外语教师应具备的反思性教学能力的重要性,而且就反思性教学能力的培养,如反思日记法、课堂活动与讨论法、个案研究法等加以论述。
