目的探讨婴幼儿及儿童丙氨酸氨基转移酶(alanine aminotransferase,ALT)和天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(aspartate aminotransferase,AST)的参考区间与成人的差异。方法对地坛医院2015年7月1日-2015年12月31日收治的2 299例15岁以下健康婴幼儿及儿童的ALT和AST的检测结果进行回顾性分析,并与成人的参考区间进行比较。结果 <1岁的新生儿ALT参考区间为(11.9~56.1 U/L)略高于成年人,男婴和女婴无明显差异;1岁以后的幼儿和儿童ALT水平与成年人相似,女童ALT低于男童。婴幼儿和儿童AST参考区间均高于成年人,尤其<1岁的新生儿AST参考区间(22.4~68.3 U/L)显著高于成年人,随着年龄增长逐渐降低,7岁以后与成年人相近;<7岁的幼儿和儿童男性或女性的AST无明显差异,7岁以后逐渐出现显著性差异。结论 <1岁的新生儿ALT参考区间略高于成年人参考区间,15岁以下健康婴幼儿和儿童AST参考区间均高于成年人参考区间,有必要对<1岁新生儿的ALT和15岁以下儿童的AST建立相应年龄段的参考区间。
Objective To investigate the difference between reference interval and adult in ailine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) in infants and children. Methods The ALT and AST of 2 299 healthy infants and children under 15 years of age admitted to Ditan Hospital from July 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015 were retrospectively analyzed and compared with the adult reference interval . Results There was no significant difference in ALT between newborns <1 year old (11.9-56.1 U / L), and no difference between male and female infants. Conclusions The ALT reference interval of newborns <1 year old is slightly higher than that of adults.
