基于经典M-B模型,本文提出了一种以二次函数形式描述的二次流损失模型,并将其应用于某1,5级低压涡轮性能预测.结果表明:本文修正的M-B模型及经典M-B模型、A-M模型得到的级效率值与三维黏性计算结果误差分别为1.22%、2.41%、8.48%,体现了较高的预测精度;该修正模型可较好地捕捉叶栅上下端部因二次流动而导致的局部高损失区,并能较准确地计算叶栅气动参数分布。
Based on the classical MB model, this paper presents a quadratic function described secondary flow loss model and its application to a 1,5 low pressure turbine performance prediction.The results show that: the modified MB model and classical MB model The error between the calculated level efficiency and the three-dimensional viscosity of the AM model are 1.22%, 2.41% and 8.48%, respectively, which shows the higher prediction accuracy. The modified model can better capture the upper and lower ends of the cascade due to the secondary Flow caused by the local high loss areas, and can more accurately calculate the distribution of the aerodynamic parameters of the cascade.
