用Amesim一维仿真软件对某微小超高压冷气推进系统(以下简称冷气推进系统)的填充过程、开机过程以及关机过程等动态工作特性性能进行了仿真分析。冷气推进系统包括气瓶、减压阀、电磁阀和喷管等四大组件,通过建立各组件的子模型建立了整个冷气推进系统的仿真模型。仿真结果与实验结果相吻合,验证了仿真模型的准确性。仿真结果表明该冷气推进系统的工作推力可达约200mN。
Amesim one-dimensional simulation software was used to simulate the dynamic performance characteristics of filling process, starting process and shutdown process of a very small ultra-high pressure air-cooled propulsion system (hereinafter referred to as air-conditioning propulsion system). The air-conditioning propulsion system consists of four major components, gas cylinder, pressure reducing valve, solenoid valve and nozzle. The simulation model of the entire air-conditioning propulsion system is established through the establishment of sub-models of each component. The simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results, which verify the accuracy of the simulation model. The simulation results show that the thrust of the air-condition propulsion system can reach about 200mN.
