在食品安全与生态环保成为主题背景下,有了对森林食品的需求。针对哈尔滨市居民消费者在选择森林食品时最关注哪些因素进行了调查。结果显示,居民消费者对森林食品进行选择时,与多因素相关。结合Logistic回归模型分析,得出关于社会人口统计学特征、消费者心理学特征和森林食品企业及营业点特征各自有显著性相关,对今后森林食品企业在营销和发展上有着一定的参考意义。
Under the background of food safety and ecological protection, there is a demand for forest food. Harbin residents for the choice of forest food most concerned about what factors were investigated. The results show that when consumers choose forest food, they are related to many factors. Combining with Logistic regression model, it is concluded that there are significant correlations between social demography characteristics, consumer psychology characteristics and forest food enterprises and business point characteristics, and some reference significance for marketing and development of forest food enterprises in the future.
