北京石龙经济开发区工会是隶属于北京市门头沟区总工会的一个二级工会组织,有所属基层工会组织近500家。2012年7月北京市统一实行工会经费税务代收。这项工作是新生事物,不论是企业行政还是各级工会以前从未接触过。由于开发区基层单位较多,企业组织形式和所有制性质复杂,又没有现成经验可以借鉴,一度工作很难进展,特别是应返还基层的经费怎么及时返还、怎么服务基层,显得比较茫然。通过近二年的努力和不断的实践摸索,我们逐步总结出了一套行之有效的办法和流程,形成了开发区自己的返还模式,积累了一点经验。目前经费返 Beijing Shilong Economic Development Zone Trade Union is a secondary trade union affiliated to the General Staff Union of Mentougou District in Beijing.
