自 1 98 3年起应用松毛虫 CPV-W1 984在云南、四川、河南、广西等地防治文山松毛虫、德昌松毛虫、马尾松毛虫等主要害虫防治面积累计达 6.7万 hm2 ,效果显著。为了研究该病毒株在不同自然条件下不同的宿主松毛虫体内连续增殖后的遗传稳定性 ,作者电镜观察了三种病毒样品 ,其多角体形态大小一致 ,3 %和 5 % PAGE分析各样品的基因组RNA,结果表明该毒株在野外长期使用过程中 ,除保持稳定的毒力外 ,其形态结构与基因组也十分稳定

The polyhedron morphology was consistent in size. The 3% and 5% PAGE analysis of each sample Genomic RNA, the results showed that the strain in the long-term use of the field, in addition to maintain a stable virulence, its morphological structure and genome is also very stable
