在地铁联络通道水平冻结法施工过程中,对已建的盾构隧道、地下管线、地表建筑物等都将产生较大影响。以南京地铁二号线莫愁湖站~汉中门站区间联络通道及泵房水平冻结法施工为工程实例,采用FLAC3D进行数值模拟,对地铁联络通道施工过程中的冻结温度场的发展变化、冻胀融沉引起的地表位移以及冻胀力引起的隧道内力和变形等做了详细的分析,得到了有参考价值的结论,为以后联络通道冻结法施工提供依据。
During the construction of the horizontal freezing method of the subway connection corridor, there will be a great impact on the existing shield tunnels, underground pipelines and surface structures. Taking Nanjing Mochouhu Station ~ Hanzhong Gate Station inter-section communication channel and pumping station horizontal freezing method construction as an example, the numerical simulation of FLAC3D was used to analyze the development and changes of freezing temperature field during the construction process of metro connecting channel. The surface displacement due to swell and thaw sinking and the internal forces and deformation of the tunnel caused by the frost heave force are analyzed in detail. The conclusions are of reference value, which provides the basis for the construction of the freezing method of the communication channel in the future.
