改革开放以来,建设领域万舟竞发,呈现一派繁荣景象,步入90年代,绍兴同全国一样也建设了一大批底层框架-上部砖房的建筑。随着国家经济实力和人们忧患意识的增强,绍兴由非地震区列为六度地震区。因此,正确选择底层框架-上部砖房的结构方案,在地震区的房屋建筑设计中显得极为重要,成为结构设计的首要问题,它直接关联到房屋的抗震性能、工程造价、施工工期和结构安全度。然而,据笔者了解,有些工程设计因过份迁就建设单位的要求,对此尚不够重视,致使设计不符合抗震要求。给建筑物留下严重后患,因此很有必要对底层框架-上部砖房的结构方案进行探讨。
