底层框架-上部砖房结构抗震设防问题浅析

改革开放以来,建设领域万舟竞发,呈现一派繁荣景象,步入90年代,绍兴同全国一样也建设了一大批底层框架-上部砖房的建筑。随着国家经济实力和人们忧患意识的增强,绍兴由非地震区列为六度地震区。因此,正确选择底层框架-上部砖房的结构方案,在地震区的房屋建筑设计中显得极为重要,成为结构设计的首要问题,它直接关联到房屋的抗震性能、工程造价、施工工期和结构安全度。然而,据笔者了解,有些工程设计因过份迁就建设单位的要求,对此尚不够重视,致使设计不符合抗震要求。给建筑物留下严重后患,因此很有必要对底层框架-上部砖房的结构方案进行探讨。 Since the reform and opening up, the construction sector has been competing for a prosperous situation. In the 1990s, as in the country, Shaoxing has also built a large number of buildings with the bottom frame, the upper brick house. With the enhancement of the country’s economic strength and people’s sense of urgency, Shaoxing is classified as a six-degree seismic zone from a non-seismic zone. Therefore, the correct selection of the structural scheme of the bottom frame-upper brick house is extremely important in the housing design of the earthquake zone and becomes the primary issue of structural design. It is directly related to the seismic performance, project cost, construction period and structural safety of the house. degree. However, according to the author’s understanding, some of the engineering designs have been over-emphasized on the requirements of the construction units. This has not paid enough attention to them, resulting in designs that do not meet the seismic requirements. The building is left with serious problems. Therefore, it is necessary to discuss the structure of the bottom frame-upper brick house.
