红细胞分布宽度是反映循环红细胞大小异质性的指标，通常用于血液系统疾病的诊治。近年来越来越多的证据表明了红细胞分布宽度水平的升高与心血管疾病发生、发展及预后有密切联系。我们着重就红细胞分布宽度与心房颤动的关系及其可能机制进行综述，以期为心房颤动的临床治疗提供一定的参考价值。“,”Red blood cell distribution width is an index reflecting the size heterogeneity of circulating red blood cells, which is usually used for diagnosis and treatment of blood system diseases.In recent years, more and more evidences show that the increase of red blood cell distribution width level is closely related to the occurrence, development and prognosis of cardiovascular diseases.We focused on the relationship between red blood cell distribution width and atrial fibrillation (AF) and its possible mechanism, in order to provide some reference value for the clinical treatment of AF.
