本文研究了雷诺数Re=600~2600时,CaCO_3析晶污垢在316L不锈钢光管内结垢特性及其对传热的影响,实验结果表明污垢热阻在粗糙度诱导期和污垢生长期的变化规律及粗糙度诱导期随流速先减小后增大。采用称量法获得CaCO_3在不锈钢光管内的结垢质量,得出Re=600~2100时,污垢平均生长速率随雷诺数增加而增大。
In this paper, the fouling characteristics of CaCO_3 crystallite in 316L stainless steel tube and its effect on heat transfer were studied when the Reynolds number Re = 600 ~ 2600. The experimental results show that the variation of fouling resistance in the roughness induction period and the fouling growth period And the roughness induction period decreases with the flow rate and then increases. The scaling quality of CaCO_3 in stainless steel light pipe was obtained by weighing method. It was found that when Re = 600 ~ 2100, the average growth rate of dirt increased with the increase of Reynolds number.
