针对板材在单点渐进成形中成形平面受力不平衡,成形力相对较大,导致成形件极易产生失稳,并且成形效率不高等问题,在充分汲取单点渐进成形优点与多点成形优点的基础上,提出了多点渐进成形的方法,根据成形原理及成形路径规划研制出相应的成形控制系统。该系统以DMC2610控制器为核心,采用“PC+运动控制器”的主从式控制方式,在VB6.0环境下实现软件的开发,并详细分析了该系统的软硬件结构及实现方法。实验表明,该系统具有很好的灵活性和开放性,满足目前多点渐进成形实验研究的需要。
Aiming at the unbalanced forming force of plate in single-point progressive forming, the forming force is relatively large, which leads to the instability of forming parts and the low forming efficiency. The hardware and software structure of the system and its implementation are analyzed in detail. Experiments show that the system has good flexibility and openness to meet the needs of the current multi-point incremental forming experimental research.
