文章介绍了国内外新建铁路钢轨焊接接头的平直度验收标准,并分别按钢轨顶面平直度,轨头内侧工作面平直度和轨底面平直度进行了较为详细的对比、分析,特别指出国内外对轨头内侧工作面正、负偏差方向在理解上的差异,也分析了国外标准中无轨底平直度要求的原因,最后提出了新建客运专线钢轨焊接接头平直度验收标准的建议。
This paper introduces the acceptance criteria for the flatness of welded rail joints at home and abroad, and compares them in detail by the flatness of the rail top, the straightness of the inner face of the rail head and the straightness of the rail bottom. In particular, it points out the differences in understandings of the positive and negative deviation directions of the working face inside the railhead both at home and abroad, and also analyzes the reasons for the requirements of the straightness of the railless floor in foreign standards.
