我国中学生学习压力大,生活和学习环境局限,接触社会实际事物较少,虚拟网络信息较多,社会适应力普遍较弱,容易产生心理健康问题。拓展训练是一种区别于一般中学教育形式的新型教育培训模式,通过拓展项目的参与完成和总结分享可以有效地改善中学生心理健康水平。本文通过文献资料发、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法等对拓展训练改善中学生社会适应力的作用进行分析,通过合理的拓展训练安排更有效、更科学地提高和改善中学生心理健康水平。
The high pressure of study, the limitation of life and study environment, the less practical things in the society, the more information of the virtual network, the weaker social adaptability and the mental health problems are easy to occur. Expansion training is a new type of education and training model that is different from the general form of secondary education. Completing and summarizing and sharing the expansion project can effectively improve the mental health of middle school students. This paper analyzes the function of expanding training to improve middle school students’ social adaptability through literature review, expert interviews and logical analysis, and improves and improves the mental health of middle school students more effectively and scientifically through reasonable training programs.
