战略转折点是关乎企业生死存亡的关键时刻,但是很多管理者并不能很好的识别它的存在,这是因为大多数战略转折点都不是突然来到的,而是在潜移默化地影响着企业的发展。因此,很多管理者会无视战略转折点的到来,当其意识到的时候往往又丧失了看清形势的能力,最终错过了战略转移的最佳时期,从而导致了企业的被动发展。本文试图找出识别战略转折点的方法,为管理者做出战略转移提供理论支持,使企业在变幻的市场中永葆竞争优势。
The turning point of the strategy is a crucial moment concerning the life and death of the enterprise. However, many managers do not recognize its existence well because most of the strategic turning points did not come suddenly but affect the development of the enterprise subtly. Therefore, many managers will ignore the arrival of the strategic turning point. When they realize they often lose their ability to see the situation and eventually miss the best period of strategic shift, which leads to the passive development of the enterprise. This article attempts to identify ways to identify strategic turning points and provide theoretical support for managers to make strategic shifts so that enterprises can always maintain their competitive edge in changing markets.
