用酸性非特异性酯酶组化染色法(ANAE)观察了电针刺激(Ea)及经外源性5-羟色胺(5-HT)、P物质(SP)、β-内啡肽(βEP)和甲硫脑啡肽(MEK)孵育后的电针组、纳洛酮阻断电针组及对照组的淋巴细胞分型的改变,以及大鼠淋巴细胞与人食管癌上皮细胞(Eca-109)共育前后ANAE分型的变化。结果表明:①电针可使大鼠淋巴细胞ANAE点样型(ANAE—F~+)增多(P<0.05),对ANAE弥散型(ANAE—D~+)影响不显著(P>0.05)。几种活性物质对ANAE—F~+和ANAE—D~+的影响与电针效应一致,纳洛酮可阻断此作用。②电针、纳洛酮阻断电针及对照组三组淋巴细胞(无论经活性物质孵育与否)与Eca—109细胞共育后,ANAE—F~+减少(P<0.0005),ANAE—D~+增多(P<0.0005),部分ANAE—D~+细胞有形态学改变。由比提示,电针及活性物质孵育对淋巴细胞ANAE分型的影响可能是通过内源性阿片样肽(OLP)受体起作用,肿瘤细胞与淋巴细胞共育可显著影响淋巴细胞的功能活性。
Electroacupuncture (Ea) and exogenous serotonin (5-HT), substance P (SP), β-endorphin (βEP), and electroacupuncture were observed with acidic non-specific esterase histochemical staining (ANAE). Methotrexate (MEK)-inspired electroacupuncture group, naloxone-blocked electroacupuncture group and control group with changes in lymphocyte type, and lymphocyte and human esophageal cancer epithelial cells (Eca-109) Changes in ANAE typing before and after co-education. The results showed that:1 Electroacupuncture could increase the ANAE-F~+ type of lymphocytes in the rats (P<0.05), and had no significant effect on the ANAE-D~+ dispersions (P>0.05). The effects of several active substances on ANAE-F+ and ANAE-D+ are consistent with electroacupuncture, and naloxone can block this effect. 2 Electroacupuncture, naloxone blockade electroacupuncture and control group of three groups of lymphocytes (whether incubated with active substances or not) and Eca-109 cells were co-cultured, ANAE-F ~ + decreased (P <0.0005), ANAE - D~+ increased (P<0.0005), and some ANAE-D~+ cells had morphological changes. It is suggested that the effect of electroacupuncture and active substance incubation on the ANAE typing of lymphocytes may be through the action of endogenous opioid peptide (OLP) receptors. Tumor cells and lymphocyte co-culture can significantly affect the functional activity of lymphocytes.
