目的为了加强一级预防,减少出生缺陷儿的发生。方法采用ELISA法对2012年1月1日-2012年12月31日来站行孕前优生医学检查妇女进行TORCH IgM和IgG检测。结果 2539例鄞州区妇女检测TORCH的特异性IgM,抗体的总阳性率为1.18%:TOX IgM阳性率为0.63%,其中农村0.57%,城镇0.92%;CMV IgM阳性率为0.55%。城镇TOX IgM阳性率明显高于农村,原因是现在城镇养宠物的人增多,与猫、狗等密切接触亦增多,导致弓形虫近期感染增加。结论通过对鄞州区待孕妇女孕前TORCH筛查的回顾性分析,对指导今后我区的优生工作具有重要意义。
Objective To reduce the incidence of birth defects in order to strengthen primary prevention. Methods TORCH IgM and IgG were detected by ELISA in women with prenatal eugenics from January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2012. Results Twenty cases of TORCH-specific IgM were detected in 2539 Yinzhou women. The positive rate was 1.18%. The positive rate of TOX IgM was 0.63%, which was 0.57% in rural areas and 0.92% in urban areas. The positive rate of CMV IgM was 0.55%. The positive rate of TOX IgM in urban areas was significantly higher than that in rural areas. The reason for this is that there are more people raising pets in urban areas nowadays, and the close contact with cats and dogs has also increased, resulting in the recent increase of Toxoplasma gondii infection. Conclusion The retrospective analysis of prenatal TORCH screening of pregnant women in Yinzhou District is of great significance in guiding the eugenics work in our district in the future.
