迄今滚动轴承样本所载的额定动负荷或工作能力系数都是指可靠性为90%的数值。然而在实用中,由于主机的要求不同,对轴承可靠性的要求亦不同。例如,某些主机要求轴承的可靠性在99%以上,而一般机械所用的轴承常可使用到损坏才予更换,即,对轴承可靠性的要求可大大降低,使用寿命亦可大大延长。既然主机对轴承可靠性的要求不同,那么,在不同可靠性下该怎样选用轴承,该怎样计算其寿命呢?本文针对这一问题,提出了在不同可靠性下轴承寿命计算的方法。我们认为,文中的公式可以考虑,但是否完全符合我国情况,还有待实践验证。望有关轴承使用单位能将应用的情况及意见来函告知,以便提出适合于我国情况的计算方法。
The nominal dynamic load or work capacity factors contained in the rolling bearing samples so far are all those with a reliability of 90%. However, in practice, due to the different requirements of the host, the bearing reliability requirements are also different. For example, some of the mainframes require more than 99% of the reliability of the bearings. However, the bearings used in most machines can often be replaced with damaged ones. That is to say, the bearing reliability requirements can be greatly reduced and the service life can be greatly extended. Since the host has different bearing reliability requirements, how to choose the bearing under different reliability, how to calculate the life of the bearing? In response to this problem, this paper proposed a method of bearing life calculation with different reliability. In our opinion, the formula in the paper can be considered, but it still needs to be verified by practice if it is completely in line with our own situation. Hope that the bearing units can use the application of the situation and comments letter to inform, in order to propose a calculation method suitable for our situation.
