将1800目超细石灰石粉等量取代胶凝材料应用于C60高强自密实混凝土制备,试验研究了其掺量对混凝土工作性能、力学性能和自生体积变形的影响。试验结果表明:超细石灰石粉的掺入不超过10%可以显著改善自密实混凝土工作性,而对长期抗压强度几乎没有不利影响,同时其可以有效降低混凝土自生体积变形,抑制收缩开裂风险。
The 1,800 mesh ultrafine limestone powder was substituted for the cementitious material into C60 high strength and self - compacting concrete. The effect of dosage on the performance, mechanical properties and autogenous volume deformation of concrete was studied. The experimental results show that the incorporation of ultrafine limestone powder not more than 10% can significantly improve the workability of self-compacting concrete, while has little adverse effect on long-term compressive strength. Meanwhile, it can effectively reduce the autogenous volume deformation of concrete and inhibit the risk of shrinkage and cracking.
