本刊於第十一期曾发表了[工具钢的渗氮处理]一文指出:用渗氮化处理可以提高钢件表面层的硬度、耐磨性、耐久性和抗腐蚀性,延长了刃具的使用寿命,因此,在苏联渗氮法被广泛的应用在刃具、量具的处理上。本文是根据上海机床厂在氯化镗桿时收集的资料和工作中的经验写成的。它介绍了氮化的简单原理和氮化用钢料,更着重的介绍了氮化设备的选用和氮化操作的经验。这些经验虽然还不完善,有待今后逐步提高,但目前在我国机器零件和切削刃具、量具很少进行氮化处理的情况下,是很重要的。
