已经证明,在四氯化碳(ccl_4)中毒、维生素A过载、酒精性肝炎时,肝储脂细胞(FSC)增生活跃,肝胶原纤维增多。然而在其它情况下,FSC是否与肝纤维化有关?本文就此问题作一探讨。材料与方法:本文选用下列肝组织作超薄切片电镜观察:1.昆明小白鼠36只分3组。其中有ccl_4中毒造成肝纤维化组、三七治疗组及正常对照组。2.c_(57)纯系小鼠27只分3组。其中有ccl_4组、党参花粉治疗组及正常对照组。3.经临床、组织学证实为慢性肝炎病人肝活检标本15例。其中慢性活动性肝炎(CAH)、慢性迁延性肝炎(CPH)、慢性小叶性肝炎(CLH)各5例。4.临床诊断为慢性胆囊炎、胆石症的病人,在胆囊切除手术时所取肝组织5例。5.成年Wistar大鼠10只分2组。其中一组每日饲喂含高出常规剂量5
It has been proved that in the case of carbon tetrachloride (ccl_4) poisoning, vitamin A overload, and alcoholic hepatitis, the proliferation of liver-fat cells (FSC) is active and the number of liver collagen fibers is increased. However, in other cases, whether FSC is related to liver fibrosis? This article discusses this issue. Materials and Methods: The following liver tissues were used for ultrathin section electron microscopy observations: 1. 36 Kunming mice were divided into 3 groups. Among them, ccl_4 poisoning caused liver fibrosis group, Sanqi treatment group and normal control group. 2.c_(57) pure mice 27 were divided into 3 groups. There were ccl_4 group, Codonopsis pollen treatment group and normal control group. 3. Clinically and histologically confirmed 15 patients with liver biopsy specimens of chronic hepatitis. There were 5 cases of chronic active hepatitis (CAH), chronic persistent hepatitis (CPH) and chronic lobular hepatitis (CLH). 4. In patients with clinical diagnosis of chronic cholecystitis and cholelithiasis, 5 cases of liver tissue were taken during cholecystectomy. 5. Adult Wistar rats were divided into 2 groups.
