一、膜漏检出系统的剖析1、膜漏检出系统的作用在IL1312中,PO_2(氧分压)的检测是将一稳定的0.6V极化电压施加到PO_2电极的银/氯化银阳极上,利用仅允许O_2渗过的电极薄膜,让被测样本(如血液)或调校气体的O_2渗过,溶解在电极内的PO_2电解液中,O_2分子向铂金阴极流去并被还原,每一个O_2分子被阴极还原至4个电子,而阳极则计算电子的流量安培数,从而计算多少O_2被还原,得到O_2浓度.因此,薄膜泄漏可能使得电极检测不准确,或者根本不能工作.为此,IL1312设置了膜漏检出系统,一旦发生膜漏,该系统立即检出,并通过显示屏显示报警.

Effect of the membrane leakage detection system In the IL1312, detection of PO 2 (oxygen partial pressure) is to apply a stable 0.6 V polarization voltage to the PO 2 electrode silver/silver chloride. On the anode, using an electrode film that allows only O 2 to permeate, the measured sample (such as blood) or the O 2 gas of the calibration gas is permeated and dissolved in the PO 2 electrolyte in the electrode. The O 2 molecule flows toward the platinum cathode and is reduced. Each O 2 molecule is reduced to four electrons by the cathode, and the anode calculates the flow amperage of the electrons, thereby calculating how much O 2 is reduced to obtain the O 2 concentration. Therefore, thin film leakage may make the electrode detection inaccurate or not work at all. For this purpose, the IL1312 is equipped with a membrane leak detection system. Once a membrane leak occurs, the system detects it immediately and displays an alarm through the display.
