针对某矿提出对MG900/2245-GWD型采煤机进行改造,实现6.2~6.7 m特厚煤层开采的要求,从最大采高、工作性能和工作面三机配套3方面分析了MG900/2245-GWD型采煤机进行改造的可行性,制定了改造方案,对存在的潜在问题,采取了相应的改进措施。工业性试验结果表明,改造后采煤机的各项功能、整机可靠性和产量均达到了预期要求。
The MG900 / 2245-GWD coal-mining machine is proposed to a certain mine to realize the requirement of 6.2 ~ 6.7 m thick coal seam mining. From the aspects of the maximum mining height, working performance and the three machines supporting face, the MG900 / 2245- GWD coal-winning machine to transform the feasibility of developing a transformation program, the potential problems, to take corresponding improvements. Industrial test results show that after the transformation of the shearer’s various functions, machine reliability and yield have reached the expected requirements.
