2009年11月24日17时许，沈哈高速公路铁岭段79公里处发生交通事故，导致一辆大货车起火。火灾发生后铁岭支队先后调集市内相关大队到场救援，经过官兵奋力扑救，最终将大火扑灭。笔者针对目前黑龙江省已经进入冬季，恶劣天气和大雪接踵而来等实际情况，加之202国道以及黑吉高速公路在我省许多市县而过，不可避免的是高速公路汽车火灾事故的频繁发生，给单位及个人的经济和生命财产带来愈高的危害风险指数。高速公路汽车火灾往往发生突然、发展迅速、燃烧猛烈，极易造成人员伤亡和重大经济损失。本文就告诉公路汽车火灾的特点进行了分析，同时提出了先关对策，以做好火灾扑救的准备工作。
