目的:探讨超声心动图房室平面位移(AVPD)法评价冠心病(CHD)患者左室舒张功能的可行性。方法:分别记录200例CHD患者左室射血所致AVPD(AVPDa)值、AVPD与二尖瓣环4个位点上的AVPD均值(AVPDmean)比值,并与二尖瓣口E/A比值法(E/A分析法)进行对比。结果:200例CHD患者AVPD法测值:AVPDmean值为(0.62±0.13)cm,AVPDa为(0.74±0.47)cm;E/A分析法:E、A最大峰值速度分别为(71. 41±10.57)cm/s,(80.23±15.97)em/s。根据AVPD法诊断163例舒张功能异常,E/A分析法诊断171例舒张功能异常。二者之间差异无显著性意义(x2=1.80,P>0.05)。结论:AVPD法与E/A分析法有较好符合性,为一无创性评价CHD患者左室舒张功能的新方法。“,”Objective:To assess the feasibility and reliability of echocardiography of atrioventricular plane displacement (AVPD) in predicting left ventricular diastolic function (LVDF). Method: In 200 coronary heart disease (CHD) patients,the parameters of AVPDa,AVPDa/AVPDmean (Mean value of AVPD)and the ratio depicted above and mitral E/A were detected and compared by pulsed Doppler. Result: The parameters of AVPDa, AVPDmean, E and A were (0. 74 ± 0. 47)cm, (0. 62 ± 0. 13)cm, (71.41 ± 10.57)cm/s and (80. 23 ±15.97)cm/s respectively. There are 163 patients accompanied by LVDF according to the AVPD. On the other hand, there were 171 patients by E/A method. There is no significant differece between the two methods.Conclusion:The AVPD studied for assessing the LVDF in CHD is a new non-damage way.
