建国以来,我国茶叶生产发展很快,1982年全国茶叶总产量达39.7万吨(不包括台湾省),比1950年增加五倍多,品质也有一定提高。但三十多年来,在我国茶叶生产发展中,比较强调扩大茶园面积和增加产量,而对提高茶叶的品质比较忽视[1]。为了保持我国茶叶在国内外市场上的声誉,努力提高茶叶品质具有重要意义。影响茶叶品质的因素很多。在选用优良品种,加强栽培管理水平,改进茶叶采摘技术,提高制茶工艺以及做好茶叶的收购、保管、商品流通等方面都是人们所关注的,而生态环境因素往往被忽视。本文拟从生态学角度,对如何提高我国茶叶品质作一初步探讨。
Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the tea production in our country has developed rapidly. In 1982, the total output of tea in the country reached 397,000 tons (excluding Taiwan Province), more than five times that of 1950, and the quality has also been somewhat improved. In order to maintain the reputation of our country’s tea in domestic and foreign markets, it is of great significance to improve the quality of tea. Many factors affect the quality of tea. In the selection of good varieties, strengthen the level of cultivation and management, improve tea picking technology, improve tea technology and make the acquisition of tea, storage, circulation and other aspects of the people are concerned about the ecological environment factors are often overlooked. This article from the ecological point of view, how to improve our tea quality make a preliminary discussion.
