1.生殖系统与激素演化 丘脑下部——腺垂体——性腺生殖调节系统,就目前文献报道所知,最早出现于原始脊椎动物——圆口类。在更原始的脊索动物(如文昌鱼)是否已经存在达一生殖系统的调节原形,是生殖系统进化上的一个重要问题。张致一教授在大会上的报告指出,在雌雄文昌鱼性腺中发现至少有四种甾体激素(雌二醇,雌酮,孕酮和睾酮)这些甾体激素含量随动物年龄、性腺发育状态不同而异;如给动物注射(GnRH,hCG,oLH和PRL在不同程度上皆明显刺激上述甾体激素的产生,并在性腺中发现这些激素的受体。经免疫化学定位研究发现,在其头部的Hatschek’s pit上皮细胞中有LH,FSH,GnRH和TRH免疫颗粒。提

Reproductive system and hormone evolution The hypothalamus - adenohypophyseal - gonad reproductive regulation system, as currently reported in the literature, the earliest appeared in the primitive vertebrate - round mouth class. Whether primitive primordial chordates (such as amphioxus) have been present in the reproductive system is an important issue in the evolution of the reproductive system. Professor Zhang Zhiyi report at the conference pointed out that in the male and female amphioxus found in at least four steroidal hormones (estradiol, estrone, progesterone and testosterone) these steroid hormone content with the animal age, gonadal development (GnRH, hCG, oLH and PRL all significantly stimulate the above-mentioned production of steroid hormones to varying degrees), and found receptors for these hormones in the gonads.The results of immunochemical localization showed that, Hatschek’s pit epithelial cells in the head have LH, FSH, GnRH and TRH immune particles.
