某钢厂300t转炉的托圈自调螺栓根部出现断裂、止动块脱落的现象。为分析原因,建立了转炉及托圈连接装置的三维整体模型,采用常规接触计算和基于子结构的接触计算方法,得到托圈及连接装置整体模型和自调螺栓子结构的应力分布。结果表明,托圈下止动块强度不足,静力分析时自调螺栓的强度满足要求。通过常规方法和子结构方法计算的要求和时间对比,表明子结构方法在计算规模及计算效率上有一定的优越性。
A steel 300t BOF ring self-adjusting bolt root fracture, the stopper off the phenomenon. In order to analyze the reason, a three-dimensional overall model of the converter and support ring connecting device was established. By using the conventional contact calculation and the contact calculation method based on substructure, the stress distribution of the overall model of ring and connecting device and the self-adjusting screw sub-structure were obtained. The results show that the strength of the stopper under the support ring is not enough, and the strength of the self-adjusting bolt meets the requirements in static analysis. The comparison of the requirements and the time calculated by the conventional method and the substructure method shows that the substructure method has some advantages in terms of the computational scale and computational efficiency.
