研究了不同Y含量对铸造Ni50Al20Fe30合金组织与性能的影响。结果表明,微量Y的加入可以改善Ni50Al20Fe30合金的强度与塑性。Y含量为0.05wt%~0.1wt%是合金的最佳含量范围。微量Y的加入影响合金的共晶区,可明显改变合金的微观组织形态。在Y含量为0.1wt%时,合金主要处于β(NiAl)相与γ相的共晶区,这对合金的室温塑性极为有利。
The effect of different Y content on the microstructure and properties of cast Ni50Al20Fe30 alloy was studied. The results show that the addition of trace amount of Y can improve the strength and ductility of Ni50Al20Fe30 alloy. Y content of 0.05wt% ~ 0.1wt% of the alloy is the best content range. Addition of trace amount of Y affects the eutectic zone of the alloy, which can obviously change the microstructure of the alloy. When the Y content is 0.1wt%, the alloy is mainly in the eutectic zone of β (NiAl) phase and γ phase, which is very favorable for room temperature plasticity of the alloy.
