为防止和减少电驱压缩机故障,对某大型管道压缩机近5年发生的各类故障进行归类。采用RCM可靠性分析技术,对各种可能的风险进行评价与分析,确定了压缩机的潜在失效模式:电力系统、电机驱动压缩机的变频装置、可变速电机、滤波系统、浪涌抑制柜、电机非驱动端等。提出了相应的维护策略:定期维修、事后维修、状态维修、视情维护等。采用RCM分析方法可有效降低压缩机的运行风险和维护成本,避免过度维护,提升压缩机的运行管理水平。(表4,图2,参8)
In order to prevent and reduce the fault of electric compressor, the faults of a large pipeline compressor in the past five years are classified. Using RCM reliability analysis technology, various potential risks are evaluated and analyzed, and the potential failure modes of compressors are determined: power system, frequency conversion device of motor driven compressor, variable speed motor, filter system, surge suppression cabinet, Motor non-driven side and so on. Proposed the corresponding maintenance strategy: regular maintenance, after-service maintenance, condition maintenance, as the case of maintenance. Using RCM analysis method can effectively reduce compressor operation risk and maintenance costs, to avoid over-maintenance and improve compressor operation and management level.
