随着城镇化进程的加快,社会经济结构转型,小城镇居民对公共服务的需求发生了很大变化,然而,由于城乡体制分割,小城镇公共服务与城市相比存在巨大差距。国家近年来日益重视小城镇建设,同时随着我国由温饱型社会向小康型社会转变,居民对完善公共服务设施的要求更加强烈,并已成为维持社会稳定发展的因素之一。因此,加快推进小城镇公共服务系统建设,迫切需要进行前瞻性的规划并加快实施。 With the acceleration of the process of urbanization and the transformation of the social and economic structure, the demand for public services by small-scale urban residents has undergone great changes. However, due to the fragmentation of urban and rural areas, there is a huge gap between urban public services and cities. In recent years, the state has paid increasing attention to the construction of small towns and at the same time as China’s transition from a subsistence-type society to a well-to-do society, residents have become more demanding of improving public service facilities and have become one of the factors in maintaining social stability and development. Therefore, accelerating the construction of public service system in small towns urgently requires forward-looking planning and speeding up of implementation.
