目的 实验研究克栓酶的抑瘤作用 ,以期扩展其药用范围 ,为治疗肿瘤增加药源。方法 采用双层琼脂培养 ,流式细胞检测 ,免疫组化图象分析 ,MTT ELISA等 ,以及荷瘤裸鼠整体实验方法观察对人肺癌细胞 (PG)与正常人胚内皮细胞增殖抑制作用。结果 证明克栓梅可抑制PG与人胚内皮细胞增殖 ,具有统计学意义。结论 克栓酶毒性低具有治疗肿瘤的潜能。在肿瘤综合治疗中如何合理联合配伍使用克栓酶值得进一步探讨。
Objective To study the anti-tumor effect of genistein in order to expand its medicinal scope and increase the drug source for the treatment of tumors. Methods Double-layered agar culture, flow cytometry, immunohistochemical image analysis, MTT ELISA, and whole tumor-bearing nude mice experiments were used to observe the inhibitory effects on the proliferation of human lung cancer cells (PG) and normal human embryonic endothelial cells. The results showed that quercetin inhibited the proliferation of PG and human embryonic endothelial cells with statistical significance. Conclusion The low toxicity of gemase has the potential to treat cancer. How to reasonably combine and use gemcitase in comprehensive tumor therapy is worth further investigation.
