多氯联苯化合物广泛污染环境,长期残留于土壤,沉积于各种生物体和食物中,对人及其后代构成危险。本文作者比较了三氯联苯和三氯联苯砜的各种迟发效应。用非纯种成年大鼠进行急性、亚急性(1~2月)和慢性(6个月)实验,研究化合物对遗传物质、胚胎形成和性腺的影响。用LD_(50)的1/50和1/250和剂量为1000 mg/kg染毒2个月,观察对骨髓细胞染色体致突变作用。
PCBs pollute the environment extensively, remain in the soil for long periods of time, and are deposited in various organisms and foods, posing a danger to people and their offspring. The authors compared various delayed effects of trichloro-biphenyls and trichloro-biphenylsulfones. Acute, subacute (January-February) and chronic (6-month) experiments were performed on non-pure adult rats to study the effects of compounds on genetic material, embryogenesis and gonads. Chromosomal mutagenesis of bone marrow cells was observed with LD50 of 1/50 and 1/250 and dose of 1000 mg / kg for 2 months.
