采用简单的熔盐法在600℃制备了WO3一维纳米管状结构,其外径为100~200nm,内径约为30~50nm,长度为十几微米,产物为沿[011]方向生长的单晶结构.测试了产物的荧光性能,对产物的气敏性质进行了研究.结果表明该WO3纳米管在340℃对丙酮有很好的灵敏度和选择性.
A simple molten salt method was used to prepare WO3 one-dimensional nanotube structure with an outer diameter of 100-200 nm, an inner diameter of 30-50 nm and a length of ten micrometers. The product was a single crystal grown in [011] direction Structure.The fluorescence properties of the product were tested and the gas sensing properties of the product were studied.The results show that the WO3 nanotube has good sensitivity and selectivity to acetone at 340 ℃.
