以环氧E-51和环氧TDE-85为主体树脂,三乙烯四胺和三乙醇胺为固化剂,并加入双马来酰亚胺(BMI)、液体端羧基丁腈橡胶(CTBN)等试剂,研制了用于粘接聚苯硫醚膜(PPS)与石油输送管道的室温固化耐高温环氧胶黏剂。通过TG、DSC和耐介质性测试,结果表明:所研制的胶黏剂具有较好的热稳定性和优良的耐油性,适用于石油管道这种高温的油性环境,有望在石油工业中得到应用。
