旋回破碎机的主轴矩形螺纹局部或大部剥落的现象虽不多见,却时有发生。严重剥落时,因螺纹连接强度大幅度下降,故主轴不能使用,造成破碎机停产。为此,1985年我矿对粗碎破碎机主轴螺纹进行了修复,经鉴定技术性能达到了设计要求,经试运转,情况正常。我矿使用的PX1200/180旋回破碎机,运转一段时间后,螺纹开始剥落,剥落情况见图1,其剥落面积为68.4%。螺纹这样大面积的剥落,极大地削弱了螺纹的联接强度,必须进行修复。
