本文报道了用免疫细胞化学和放射免疫学方法对男性生殖系统表皮生长因子受体(EGF-R)的分布及精浆中EGF含量的研究。结果表明:(1)在人类睾丸内的精原细胞、精母细胞、精子细胞、精子及支持细胞、附睾上皮细胞、前列腺上皮细胞和射出精子的顶体区、尾部的膜上均有EGF-R存在。(2)正常人精浆中EGF含量为18.2±6.1ng/ml,精子计数正常的不育患者精浆中EGF含量为18.5±7.3ng/ml,两组间无显著性差别(P>0.05)。真性无精症精浆中EGF含量为29.5±12.4ng/ml,与正常组间有显著性差别(P<0.01)。由此可见,EGF可能参与精子发生的调节。同时,EGF的含量也受到精子发生的影响。
This article reports the distribution of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGF-R) in the male reproductive system and EGF content in seminal plasma by immunocytochemistry and radioimmunoassay. The results showed that: (1) There were EGF- and EGF-binding proteins in spermatozoa, spermatocytes, spermatids, spermatids and supporting cells, epididymal epithelial cells, R exists.
