Hypoxia-inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α) is a transcription factor widely present in mammals and humans under hypoxic conditions. It can activate transcription of target genes and adapt the body to hypoxia microenvironment. Play an important role. The gene of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) is an important target gene of HIF-1α, and the VEGF receptor (KDR) is the main functional receptor of VEGF. Recent studies have shown that, HIF-1α, VEGF, KDR were highly expressed in a variety of tumor tissues, and there is a certain positive correlation between the three. The molecular biological characteristics of HIF-1α, VEGF and KDR and their progress in the regulation of tumor angiogenesis and gynecological malignancies are reviewed.
