重庆地区家种青蒿与野生青蒿挥发油的气相色谱-质谱联用分析

目的分析鉴定重庆地区家种青蒿与野生青蒿挥发油的化学成分。方法用水蒸气蒸馏法提取青蒿叶中的挥发油,通过GC-MC联用仪分析鉴定,并用面积归一化法测定各成分的相对百分含量。结果从2种青蒿中分离出94个成分,其中家种青蒿鉴定出60个,野生青蒿鉴定出58个,分别占各自挥发油总量的91.04%和87.41%。结论分离效果好,鉴定组分准确,两种青蒿主要成分相同,但相对含量有差异,对重庆地区家种和野生青蒿的挥发油开发应用具有参考价值。 Objective To identify and identify the chemical constituents of volatile oil from Artemisia annua L. and wild Artemisia annua in Chongqing area. Methods Volatile oil was extracted from leaves of Artemisia annua L. by steam distillation and analyzed by GC-MC. The relative percentage of each component was determined by area normalization. Results Ninety-four components were isolated from two kinds of Artemisia annua L. Among them, 60 were identified from Artemisia annua and 58 were identified from Artemisia annua, accounting for 91.04% and 87.41% of the total respectively. Conclusion The separation effect is good, the identification of components is accurate, the two main components of Artemisia annua L. are the same, but their relative contents are different. Therefore, it has reference value for the development and application of essential oil from home-grown and wild Artemisia annua in Chongqing area.
