测定广州市正常成人骨矿含量并研究其变化规律,应用单光子骨密度仪(SPA)测定20~80岁广州市民共2299例,部位为桡尺骨中下1/3处。结果:男性桡尺骨峰值量分别在25岁组及35岁组;以后骨密度逐年缓慢下降;女性桡尺骨峰值骨量分别在35岁组及40岁组,并从50岁组开始迅速下降。提示:广州市民骨矿含量变化规律与文献报道大致相同,但又有所区别。
Determination of normal adult bone mineral content in Guangzhou City, and to study the changes of the law, the application of single-photon bone mineral density (SPA) determination of 20 to 80-year-old Guangzhou residents a total of 2299 cases, the site of radial ulna in the lower third. Results: The peak value of radial ulnar in men was 25 years old and 35 years old respectively. Afterwards, the bone mineral density decreased slowly year by year. The peak bone mass of female radial ulnar was 35 years old and 40 years old, respectively, and decreased rapidly from 50 years old. Tip: Guangzhou residents bone mineral content changes in the literature reported roughly the same, but different.
