建立了流动注射在线 VS- 型强碱性阴离子交换纤维分离富集 -火焰原子吸收光谱法( FAAS)测定地质物料中痕量银的体系。通过离子交换使 [Ag Cl2 ] -吸附于装有纤维的微型柱中 ,随后用硫脲洗脱 ,并在线引入 FAAS中进行测定。每次消耗样品溶液 8ml,进样频率 4 5次·h- 1 ,浓集倍率 36,相对标准偏差为 2 .5% ,方法检出限 ( 3σ) 0 .2 μg·L- 1 。方法用于地质标样中痕量银的测定 ,结果满意。
A flow injection system was developed for the determination of trace silver in geological materials by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) with on-line VS-type strong basic anion exchange fiber. [Ag Cl 2] - was adsorbed to a microfibrillated fiber column by ion exchange, followed by eluting with thiourea and on-line introduction into FAAS. Each time the sample solution was consumed 8ml, the injection frequency was 4 5 h-1, the concentration was 36, the relative standard deviation was 2.5%, and the detection limit (3σ) was 0.2 μg · L-1. The method is applied to the determination of trace silver in geological samples with satisfactory results.
