大连钢厂耐火分厂的300吨压砖机,过去使用手动式插板安全闸,每压一块砖坯,操作工需用手扳闸两三次,劳动强度大,稍有疏忽便发生压手事故。针对这一情况,分厂研究出电气和压缩空气联合制动的支柱式安全闸(见附图)。操作工可使用脚踏开关控制继电器,通过继电器操纵电磁阀,电磁阀控制压缩空气换向阀动作,冲头方可压下。当冲头完成压砖动作并上升到一定高度时,设在标定高度的接近开关动作并控制换向阀,支配由气缸带动的支柱转向,阻止冲头下滑。
