介绍了硼的物理化学特性和燃烧机理,硼的点火延迟期长、燃烧效率低是由其本身的特性所决定的。改善硼的点火及燃烧特性可以通过控制其粒度、表面包覆、添加低燃点金属(如Mg、Al、Zr) 等途径来实现。采用GAP 包覆硼粒子可以显著降低硼粒子的点火时间,提高了燃烧效率。
The physical and chemical characteristics and combustion mechanism of boron are introduced. The ignition delay of boron is long, and the low combustion efficiency is determined by its own characteristics. Improving the ignition and combustion characteristics of boron can be achieved by controlling its particle size, surface coating and adding low ignition point metals (such as Mg, Al and Zr). Boron particles coated with GAP can significantly reduce the ignition time of boron particles and improve the combustion efficiency.
