改革开放以来,跨国公司逐步在中国建立子公司并且进入中国市场。然而纵观跨国公司在华表现可看出多数公司在华采取的是双重标准,这对于中国消费者而言是极其不公正的对待。因此,探究其背后的原因,对我们督促跨国公司规范在华标准显得很有必要。本文运用经济学原理和相关管理学理论,旨在剖析双重标准产生的根源。
Since the reform and opening up, multinational corporations have gradually established subsidiaries in China and have entered the Chinese market. Looking at the performance of multinationals in China, however, we can see that most companies are adopting double standards in China, which is extremely unfair to Chinese consumers. Therefore, exploring the reasons behind it is necessary for us to urge multinational corporations to regulate their standards in China. This article uses the principles of economics and related management theories to analyze the root causes of double standards.
