It is reported that two enterprises across the street in Chengdu City, one with idle factories for sale, one in an anxious purchase of factories, usually have little horizontal interlinkages with each other and have no access to information. The problem was solved when they wrote their own needs respectively in the booking form of the “National Enterprise Supply and Demand Information Book.” The two sides found each other was actually “the sound of the chickens heard smell, never close to each other,” the neighbors. In this way, the phenomenon of “playing the stage” and singing “the big show” of information has increasingly entered the ranks of modern success. In a sense, the modern successful competition is the information competition.
