本文在OLG模型的基础上,对养老保险融资机制的收入再分配效应进行了简单的分析,随后又针对中国养老保险制度变迁前后的现收现付制和部分积累制进行了理论分析,并通过量化分析,得出了部分积累制的收入再分配效应要强于现收现付制的收入再分配效应的结论。 On the basis of OLG model, this paper simply analyzes the income redistribution effect of pension insurance financing mechanism, and then makes a theoretical analysis of the pay-as-you-go system and partial accumulation system before and after the change of pension system in China, Based on the quantitative analysis, the conclusion is drawn that the partial redistribution effect of income is stronger than the income redistribution effect of the pay-as-you-go system.
